I had a query regarding shipping so I called, the phone was answered in three rings by a human and a very pleasant one at that. The query was answered right away. I sent an earpod replacement charging box back to Audio Sanctuary to exchange for another model and they did not send me the alternative model and they did not refund my purchase. I ordered and paid a Sennheiser CX True Wireless replacement box (part number 509115) and I received it some time later. I tried it and found that I ordered the wrong box. I contacted Audio Sanctuary via email and they said an exchange was possible. They gave me instructions to send the item back to them so they could send me the correct model afterwards. On 14 February 2023 they said they would contact me when the item got back. On 9 March 2023 they still didn't tell inform me the item was back. I sent a new email asking if they received the item. Today (8 April 2023) I still have not received an answer from Audio Sanctuary, so I am writing this comment here. If anyone from Audio Sanctuary sees this, please contact me so we can sort this out and I will be glad to remove this comment. But until then, this unprofessional customer care will be flagged here.
