First I was able to exchange by email with Peter Qvortrup and then with James Healey. I sent my DAC, it was diagnosed and repaired in less than 2 days! AND this with a reasonable cost. (The transport costs almost more than the repair...) Sometimes it is better to ask the constructor himself who knows his product perfectly. Once again, a big thank you to the entire AudioNote team and especially to Peter and James! (Original) Génial, De vrais professionnels en plus de produire des matériels d'exceptions. Mon DAC 3 qui n'est pas tout jeune est tombé en panne. J'ai d'abord pu échanger par email avec Peter Qvortrup et ensuite avec James Healey. J'en envoyé mon DAC, il a été diagnostiqué et réparé en moins de 2 jours ! ET ceci avec un coût raisonnable. (Le transport coûte presque plus cher que la réparation...) Parfois mieux vaut demander au construteur lui même qui connaît parfaitement ses produit. Encore un grand merci à toute l'équipe AudioNote et plus particulièrement à Peter et James !
