It’s difficult to praise this firm highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble, I genuinely felt that they wanted me to be as happy with my purchase as possible. They took time to let me try different combinations and at no point did I feel I was being ‘sold’ to. Having come to my house to set up my new system, they told me that they’d contact me in a week or so to make sure that all was ok. In fact, I contacted them a couple of hours after they’d left and they came round straight away to sort out a problem caused by my own forgetfulness. I’m an amateur musician and music-lover; I’m not an audiophile. I find going into hi-fi shops usually intimidating - and this experience was anything but. I wouldn’t dream of buying from anybody else now.

Brilliant Service and very welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating. Wouldn't hesitate to buy more hifi kit from Audio Lounge! Knew their stuff and only laughed a little at my playlist when testing the speakers, but honestly, really nice way to demo and learn when updating your audio equipment.

I recently visited the shop to upgrade my KEF R3 speakers. Mark suggested I listen to the new R3 Meta and was happy to demo them. He was not pushy and provided great advice based on my current hi-fi setup. I ordered the speakers and they were delivered on the day Mark said they would arrive. Highly recommended.

Audio Lounge are brilliant. Terrific products, terrific venue and terrific support. Mark and Gareth provided so much time in helping me choose a new hi-fi system; I have ended up with a setup that has me grinning from ear to ear. They both listened carefully to what I had to say about the music I like listening to and how I like listening to it; they spent time on making suggestions on what product combinations I might consider; no pretence, just experienced advice (they even went to the trouble of getting products in for me to listen to that they didn’t even stock). This was so beneficial, as the last system I bought was over twenty years ago and I was completely out of touch with current digital possibilities. They took time to visit my home, initially to try options in my listening environment and then again to fully set-up the system. It’s brilliant, thank you so much.

Popped into the showroom yesterday to listen to some speakers. Within 2 minutes I had a cup of coffee in my hand an was chatting to Gareth about HiFi like I'd known him for years. A very relaxed feeling from Mark and Gareth and two very knowledgeable guys. I arranged a home demo as well and the guys turned up this morning, set the speakers up in my listening room and offered me a deal I could not turn down. I would highly recommend you give these guys a try
