I have driven many Audi’s in my time so have been to quiet a few dealerships. After hearing of so many high performance cars being stolen I was very worried as a woman of being a target. I spoke with Josh B and he was super helpful about how I could utilise my MMI services on my Audi TT. He offered me to come in store in my own time (great as I work a lot!) and he walked me through set up and features ( he did it for me) to help me feel more confident about the safety of my car and primarily my own safety. I must say as and when I switch my Audi (for another Audi of course!!) I will 100% be using this showroom. Special shout out to Debbie the lovely receptionist too she is a legend :) Thank you South East I’ll be back :)

Feel totally let down by the service department, car has had issues since purchase last year, calls not returned. Car has now been back in again with the service department for over 2 weeks now and no communications from them regarding what has been found and what will be done, me Feel totally let down again by the service department, car has had issues after collecting it, warning lights being displayed, am very surprised that their technicians did spot and rectify. Speaking to the service department about it, I was offered an appointment at the end of June for it to be looked at, totally unacceptable, they eventually said to bring it and they could plug the computer in quickly, issue was related to the remedial work done, an estimate of 3.5 hours to remove the spoiler to investigate, and fix, but they had issues finding a slot. The general manager intervened and amazingly it was able to be done. If there was an option of 0 stars I would of selected

Over the last month and a half it has been very very difficult getting hold of someone here. I first requested a test drive but heard nothing back. Now that I have put my deposit down on a car build it’s extremely difficult to get any further information from Audi relating to if they have even received it. I’ve been told Atleast 4x that someone will call me back but no one ever has or will at this point.

Most of the staff are so helpful , unfortunately we had the misfortune to have a person called zee show us a car. Very unhelpful , looked down upon my 18 yr old daughter and Tried charging her extra. We went to another dealer in the end in Bexley who couldn’t have been more helpful . He told me if I wanted to speck to a manger I would have to ask him politely laughing on phone . It was clearly aimed towards the fact I was a woman and I pasted the phone over to my husband who it felt more inclined to be less sarcastic. Zee reflects badly on this dealership , the receptionist would be far more qualified and happy to help than him .
