    Great, high quality, professional service; it was a pleasure dealing with them. JCT600 Sheffield did a fantastic job repairing my 2010 (used) VW Touareg that had a water leak from the EGR cooler. I bought the car from another dealership and after less than 1000 miles and 4 months of ownership, a major water leak was discovered. The Sheffield dealership went out of their way to rectify the problem, liaising with the warranty company and other dealer to rectify the situation quickly and at minimal financial cost (to myself). All I can say is thank you very much, it's appreciate. Special thanks to Sam Grey (Service Advisor) who I believe did much of the negotiating. I highly recommend JCT600 Sheffield and will utilise them for servicing etc.. now on.
