Went to see one of the A6 models. It wasn't there so waiting for the update from sales person when they get back from A6 model I want from the costumer they gave to use. Maybe I will update my review later after I will see Audi I want.

As always with Boston Audi from Shaun's friendly welcome, Kerri's efficient and very pleasant manner and Keeley's follow up e-mail nothing but a pleasant experience. They have looked after both my Audi company cars I have had and wouldn't hesitate to use them personally if I needed to buy and have a car looked after. Oh and the hot chocolate in the drinks machine is very nice :)

Been to see one of their approved used vehicles today. Saw John H. I didn't buy the car (unfortunately!) but that was a problem my side rather than theirs. The car was well presented, took it for a very good test drive, and John was very good to deal with and speak to, no pressure at all, or sales pitch you get from other dealers. Was left alone after the drive to think and view the car again. He explained the warranty etc well. Would defo recommend buying from JCT600.

I have always bought BMW's and Mercedes in the past, but this time my son persuaded me to buy an Audi as he said they were good cars and built well. Pleased to say, from start to finish, the office updated me and kept me informed of build, shipping and delivery. They also answered all my questions throughout the process. Sadly, service provided by many organisations in UK is unsatisfactory. Sales staff can be "charming" when we are buying products, but after we have signed on the dotted line, it sometimes feels we are just a tick in the box. I am delighted to say, that this has not been the case with Audi and I was fortunate to have Monica Taylor from Boston as my customer advisor. Monica has been excellent in every way. Her manner, is positive, friendly and she obviously has a passion for her work. Her follow up is superb and nothing seems to be too much trouble. She even contacted me on her day off to answer questions. As I ordered the new car over the telephone and live 100 miles plus away, I didn't have a face to face handover with the car. Monica was very patient over the phone, telling me what features there were and how to operate the system. She even sent me a youtube video to help me then rang me to see I was happy with everything on several occasions. Always contacted me when she said she would and answered emails quickly. (Even, told me if she wasn't going to be in the office for a few days) I wanted a registration number that I could remember easily and she found me one!! The other lady I would like to mention is Demi. Didn't have many dealings with her, but when I did, she was also great with very good follow up and attitude. My background before retirement was 40 years in recruitment - own business and also worked for large blue chip company. I therefore know how difficult it can be to find good staff. So, Well done to whoever recruited and trained these ladies, in my opinion they are both an great asset to your organisation . If I could give 6 stars out of 5, I would have done. .
