    I spoke to a lady today about booking in my Audi, very unprofessional couldn't tell me what is covered under my VWFS maintained lease and what is not, deliberately cut me off and was incredibly rude and not knowledgeable. I was told there would be a hire car charge (I wasn't charged this recently when works were gone in, and I believe under VWFS it is not charged usually) I will raise a complaint directly with Audi about this, it is not the service I expect from an Audi Dealership. A safety note, my vehicle is saying that I need brake pads, but the woman could not tell me how long I can drive the vehicle - is it safe to drive for 1k miles for example, or how long it should be. She told me going to Tesco and back is fine but nothing more - How is Tesco a measurement?
