I have been enormously impressed with firstly Shazia with whom I first dealt with at Auction Agent and then Aliah who handled the case later. Both of these women were patient and explained everything extremely clearly to me. Most impressive was their knowledge of the auction market, their advice on how to proceed, how to deal with offers and how to get the best price for me. I have to say that at first I was a bit reluctant to use a smaller agent to sell my property but actually it turns out small is beautiful! They were much more approachable than any agent I've dealt with before, responding to messages out of office hours at one point which I think is fantastic service! I'd definitely use them again if I had anything else to sell. I'd give them 11/10 if that was a thing!
