Avoid this estate agent, in particular Shaun Anderson. They put clauses into the AST agreement that are unfair under the unfair agreement regulations. I found this and was harassed by Shaun and not allowed peaceful enjoyment of my property. Agreement has clauses about allowing viewings which should not be in a fair agreement, compare with Lettings Centre and NRLA agreements. Couldn't facilitate viewings due to my elderly and ill mother recovering from surgery. Auckland haven't responded to my complaint or SAR requests, will be chasing this up. They failed to do a checkout with me at the time they promised, and have eventually returned all of my deposit. Can't say I'd recommend them on account of Shaun Anderson, it's not the way to treat your tenants, you gave me five weeks of stress and anxiety!

We have been renting with Auckland's Estates as tenants since they took over from our previous agency. The change went smoothly and they have always been very responsive and understanding, liaising quickly with the landlord and the estate property management. A special thank you to Mollie. Since she has been looking after us, communication has been very easy. Whenever we needed prompt attention she was always available, friendly and very quick in taking actions and helping us out. We are very happy with our experience so far and we would certainly recommend Auckland to anyone.
