An utterly appalling company. Having spent a short time as a Deputy Manager I can honestly say this is the worst employer I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. Appallingly low pay (even by care industry standards), the minimal numbers of staff the company can legally get away with, directors solely interested in maximising profit at the expense of residents and staff, nepotism, favouritism, too many utterly inappropriate staff employed, treatment of residents on occasion so dreadful that, upon leaving, I reported this company to CQC. It is no coincidence that this company are always looking for new staff such is the turnover of staff leaving due to appalling working conditions. If you are seeking Care Industry employment I would look elsewhere - there are lots of vacancies with lots of companies. Avoid Auckland Care like the plague!! ('Care' in this instance being a misnomer if ever there was one).

I would not recommend this company as an employer, as a prospective employee i was treated in a belittling, sarcastic and discriminating manner. It is a shame that they do not treat their staff with dignity and respect one of their so called core values !
