The worst employer I have ever come across. I called in sick as I was rushed to hospital about to go into emergency surgery after an ectopic pregnancy and they called and asked why I could not cover my shift even though I had told them. They then called a further 3 times asking why I was not in and was I sure that I could not come in because the manager would need to drive from Portsmouth to cover!!
