Today I visited the Dorking store to buy a body protector. The customer service was brilliant, attentive and professional. Unfortunately I could not get the perfect fit despite me trying on all the body protectors in the store. The lady was not pushing to sell me one that did not quite fit (product was £250), instead she gave me sound advice. I instead purchased a new compliant hat. Nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou to the lady that tried so hard and got very close to me (fitting the protector) despite me stinking of straw/horses. Thankyou, you have now gained a regular customer.
