Issues with their online ordering, after purchase attempted I received a message that said payment had failed and then didn't receive any email with confirmation of purchase from the company. When this was raised with the company, customer service were dismissive and then ignored me. They don't offer free returns in the first place and none was offered either in way of compensation even though the company was at fault.

Rolled on down to this real skate shop in the heart of Colchester. Picked up some new Vans so fresh looking I thought I’d take a photo to remember them by before I completely destroy them! They always have new clothes, shoes and accessories which live up to the trends whenever I pop in which really makes this shop the gem it is. A skateboarders dream selling decks, bearings, wax, nuts and bolts and all the unusual must haves. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL SKATE SHOP! Peace.
