Thank you for advising me in the right direction - I really think most companies would just print what you send them - and the finish result looking blurred and dreadful. I had previously left a one star review and had ben called to ask why. I found when we spoke the gentleman (call recorded by me) to have quite a rude tone at the start of the call (until I called him out on this) This is NOT the same company I had ordered from in previous years, they have adding an 'ing'. I was commanded to find my previous order number to prove I was a customer as they had no record of me, when I said I was looking for it, only then did he state there was a company with a similar name. He should have said this BEFORE making a potential customer feel accused of lying. It was a genuine error from 'UK Biz print' to a new company 'UK Biz printing'. Extremely similar and personally I think they are pig-backing off customers who are looking for this other company. I had written the review as I was ignored when I emailed with an enquiry. They said they didn't bother as it was a similar question to a previous enquiry I had made. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DEAL WITH CUSTOMER EMAILS!!!! You respond to every one with a polite and professional tone. This company requires you to pay BEOFRE checking any uploaded artwork. If there are any issues you will then have your design back and forth and not printed until you confirm, if you find this process too much they will refund you. (Haven't done this, this is based on the call that was made, I couldn't see this clearly explained on the website). I personally will not be using this company as I would like (as most companies) for artwork to be checked before I hand over my money. They have 2 stars based on the fact he called. However, I did get the impression that he cared less about me as a customer and correcting any policies they have, and more about his reputation and how I had got it wrong by mixing up his company. I will recommend the company I ordered from previously and NOT this one. I was also threatened with legal action for saying I would write this review which is based on my experience, I felt threatened, accused, belittled.
