We've been with Attimore for a number of years, for both of our cats (now just one), and our puppy. They are fantastic! All the ladies on reception are lovely and make a fuss of our puppy whenever we see them. Michelle is really kind and is often juggling to fit us in. Lilly (vet), always goes the extra mile and is always a reassuring presence. Their out of hours service has always been helpful and they deal with claims really quickly! Thank you from all of us! :)

On friday, mine and my sisters dogs had eaten something that was toxic to them, one of the dogs was sent to bishops vets and my dog, was sent to attimore a couple hours later.. i got a call saying that attimore vets wouldnt even think about seeing my dog who had vomited and was shaking, all because we didnt have the money there and then. There is a super market pretty much next to the vets which has a cash point and my house is down the road from the vets. I am appalled with these vets and i do not recommend taking any animals there.

I had to have my rodent put to sleep because of a cancerous growth. They were very professional and sincere.

Pet Health Club - Don't bother signing up , they'll overcharge for basic treatments and the 6 monthly health check we got at was very poor. Basically asking if the dog poos and wees ok and then told us she's at a good weight and she looks fine. Joke. When We cancelled they made us pay for for treatments that our dog has already received and would have been covered by the plan. Btw when you sign up they'll tell you can cancel any time at no cost. I have complained about the health checks, not even an acknowledgment of my complaint, yet alone an apology or offering a discount. Just demanding the moneys ''owed'' in threatening emails. Avoid!!!

After as a family being with various Attimore branches for over 20yrs! we decided to leave as good vets were leaving and practice near us closing and they made changes to their emergency services. The reason I’m writing this is that when I told them I would be moving my dogs to another practice and spoke to 3 different staff, not one of them asked why or said sorry to hear that. This was disappointing and sad after us giving them so much business. Then today my mother also told them she was moving and she got the same reply, even when telling them that it’s a shame and sad, still no sorry to see you go. Sums up how we’ve felt, they are happy to charge a lot and take your money. Pleased we are with a better vets now and feel sorry for the one good vet left there who I cannot fault.
