Was in touch with Terrence from the beginning. Super easy process. I was pushing back the entry date for a while but Terrence bore with me until I got my confirmation for the move out day from the landlord. Really clear communication - size exactly what I needed. There is parking and trolley once you get there to help you with the boxes.
