I popped in 10 March as Hyundai i20 needed urgent brake pad replacement and 1 set of discs. The guys were booking 3 to 4 days ahead but Nick / Vito and colleagues very helpful. Great service, sorted there / then thank you. Always phone ahead a few days to book. ATS is busy for a reason :)

Absolutely rubbish liars conneds, I've taken my car for a tracking they never did the tracking they told me the battery on the laser was low they never gave me a report for it and they charge me for it. they never tracking absolutely Iris. the car it's all over the place the tracking is just the way it was before basically it was never touched and they still charged for it saying that they done the tracking. They can't be trusted.. Plus they didn't give me the locking nut key in a box how I gave it to them with other locking nuts keys. Absolutely terrible I got no words to describe absolutely Liars..

Returned home from a 2 week holiday and went to collect our car to travel 2hrs to home. Found coil spring had broken. This was at 09.00am on Saturday New Year's eve when lots of places were shut and those that were open were only open until lunchtime. When I called they said they couldn't do it until after the holiday break, I explained our position and Josh and his manager pulled out all the stops to get the part and fit it, even working on for 45 minutes past the closing time to complete the job. We are very grateful for there help which allowed us to drive home rather than be recovered home with a broken car. That's what you call good customer service. Thanks Josh
