    Car booked for service and MOT, garage is closed, apparently since March and isn't opening until May. Why was I not told or offered an alternative appointment at another garage. RIDICULOUS. Thankyou to ATS for your response, however your stock reply, doesn't help me. What are you going to do to get my car serviced and MOT'd, are you reimbursing me for the day off I took? My MOT runs out soon so it needs to BE DONE SOON, and I'VE PREPAID!

    I’ve had a puncture, called the guys and they were super helpful and fit me in the same day which other ATSs couldn’t in my area, even though they are understaffed. If I would have needed a new tyre, the other shops could only get the tyre two weeks later, but these guys have an awesome connection with a local supplier and could get it for the next day. They really went above and beyond to help a distressed blonde 🤣 At the end, the tyre was repairable and I was on my way within 25 minutes. The best customer service I’ve got this year 😊 Many thanks
