    My son pulled in here in my car at 6pm on a Friday night to call our recovery company to deal with a flat tyre. Despite them having closed at 5.30 one of the staff came out and helped him, quoting for new tyres and giving a slot early the next morning. This meant the staff member was late home but still had the car ready for collection by 9.30on Saturday morning . Tyres seemed pricy compared to what I'd paid earlier this year but we weren't in a position to argue and when I came to pay, the price included balancing etc which others add on after tyre price. I certainly didn't feel ripped off given the level of service. These big chains so often get a bad name but this really shows how much it is down to the excellence of individuals. I'm so sorry not to have got his name for a more personal shout out.
