    Had a pair of front tyres replaced on my van this morning. The place was clean, and the chap at counter was friendly enough. I witnessed the fitter cleaning the wheel hubs prior to refitting the wheels, which I think shows they take care in their work. Also, wheels were torqued to spec rather than rattle gunned down to ugger duggers. Great place, I would happily use again 5*

    Edit Nov 2022: Have returned to ATS again for a full set of Michelin PS5s fitting. Aware of issues last time, I hoped that the process had been improved. Unfortunately not. 3 of 4 tyres were there, one tyre had not been delivered. Again, tyre was fitted as soon as I came back, however it shows that things have not improved since the last visit in 2020. It's a huge inconvenience having to take an hour out of work to come back and have the tyre fitted. Customer service seems to have dropped too. While waiting, another customer came into reception and nobody came over to assist them. Recently had my car in at ATS Cross Green for 2 Michelin PS4 tyres fitting. I turned up at the appointment time and it turns out the tyres had not been delivered due to no fault of their own. I went away and they called in the afternoon to tell me the tyre truck had just arrived and to come back. They were very apologetic and had the tyres done quickly. Customer service was great and I would definitely use again. Although in the future I do think they should ensure the tyres are in stock before a customer arrives for them fitting to avoid a wasted journey.

    AVOID- I purchased 4 new tyres to be on, one of the driver side rear tyre was not balanced properly AND they destroyed the tpms, probably whilst taking taking the old tyre out. I took it back and they are refusing to replace the tpms, and are failing to take accountability for. They are blaming me for curbing the car when I am a safe driver, and the tpms light came on a couple of hours after I left the garage, however on my return they had closed for the day. I then phoned them the next day and was given an appointment 5 days later to fix the issue. They refused to give me the name of the tyre installer, this has never happened with a local tyre shop previously. Please avoid the headache of dealing with them and take you car to another firm.
