I arrived unannounced with a nail in my tyre and as per usual had excellent service. I had booked into repair next week but unfortunately the pressure dropped too much so couldn't wait any longer. Repaired after a short wait for a very reasonable price. No telling me I need a new tyre. Highly recommend. My Daughter, a first time driver turned up in her 2011 kia as there was an issue with her tyre. She had been told she needed a new one, so I sent her there as I trusted them. When she got there, they told her it didn't need a new one and fixed it straight away without any cost. They gave her advice on the other tyres and showed her how to look for worn ones. Great experience for her and reassurance for me as a parent.

Came across ATS Euromaster (Godalming) because we had a puncture. Their online prices for Michelin Cross Climate 2 tyres were highly competitive, ~15-20% better than other similar garages in the area, comparable only to Costco. Availability of slots, delivery times, and range of tyres are good On the day of the tyre fitting, front-line staff are excellent -- client focused, efficient, and amiable. This I observed in the number of interactions in the time I was in the waiting room, in terms of how they dealt with new and known customers calling in. Peering through the observation window into the garage, I could also see how the technician handled my tyre change. They took meticulous care in the process, e.g., cleaning the dust/grime from the axel hub/shaft before fitting the new tyre/wheel. Overall, a job well done. I am a new customer and would use them again for matters pertaining to our two other vehicles.

Below average at short notice. A number of times I've tried in the last few months to source replacement tyres for the same day. Unfortunately ATS have been unable to source and fit a replacement tyre due to supply issues, staff shortfalls and availabilty. This has meant using other suppliers locally, all be it not a bad thing. As an account holder this has been quite inconvenient. On a positive note, when you do get an appointment and your tyre can be ordered in the service is excellent.
