    They need to hire a receptionist. Admin is a proper mess. Trying to save a few quids by not hiring a receptionist loses them clients. I ordered tyres and it took a month more than the appointed date to arrive. Second time I went at an appointment to check car and waited for 1 hour before giving up. Won't go there soon for sure.

    Firstly don't bother trying to call them, for 2 days and a total of 20 phone calls not once did I get an answer. Nor could I leave a voicemail. Then I did and online order and paid an additional fee for mobile fitting to be done at my address. The day the fitting was supposed to take place, I waited all day and nobody came out. So today I went to the store in Dartford and was told that essentially there is nothing they can do. So I'm now out of pocket and have to chase my money back. Avoid!

    If I could give 0 stars I would have. Just had my tyres replaced this morning. Purchased them online bundled with discounted wheel alignment for 35quid. Alignment check was not carried out and can confirm this as I was at the viewing area and the job was done right in front of me. Asked the staff upon handing the keys back to me as I know it was not. Said "yes it was done and only slightly off and it's a new-ish car. Gone and drove away for a bit to avoid confrontation as I thought I could just get my money back anyways to avoid further hassle and to my surprise, I inspected and discovered the wheel edges have been damaged, a huge junk of paint have been from the looks of it; scraped off or scuffed from different areas during installation. Already wrote a complaint online and now awaiting for their reply.

    Updated below: Replaced a punctured tyre last year that was not repairable due to the location on the tyre, turned up without booking by mistake but they fitted me in beige closing. They sold me a 3 year warranty at the time without asking me at a cost of £12, which I was a bit miffed at at the time, however I managed to take advantage of it today as the tyre they fitted got a puncture. They tried to sell me another tyre as one was genuinely only just above the legal limit but I declined, I am assuming this was genuine and not a sales tactic. The staff are ok but clearly not exactly enjoying their job and you can tell. Was considering only three stars but have gone for four. Updated 2023 after second, booked visit, to cut a long story short; When arriving to have my tyre fitted at the appointment time, I found they did not have it in stock, the staff blame head office for not ordering it in, though I had booked and paid on their Web site four days ahead. After returning to have it fitted later that day, I subsequently found a cheaper tyre had been fitted, not matching. After taking the car, it smelled of cigarette smoke for over an hour, though the staff member only drive it from the workshop to the car park. Emailed ATS customer relations, after two weeks of no reply, phoned them and they found my email had gone into their "junk folder". Days later and still no response.
