Booked a covid test before flying to the Caribbean, got a message the day after from the cruise line that tests were no longer mandatory, rang them to cancel giving 5 days notice and was told that the deposit would be refunded. 1 month later and having left several messages I'm still waiting. No one has returned my calls.

After being tested by Atropa Called many times to get a receipt for work expenses , they seem to have a policy of not answering calls or emails, answering machine says your are in the queue then tells you everyone is too busy to answer the phone and says leave a message, left multiple voice mails and e mails with no response , that was 10 days ago , still no reply , avoid

Have been calling the clinic for the last 3 days and also sending e mails and I still have no reply. I went personally to the clinic and there was only one person and was not able to give me an answer to what happened to my wife’s test results. We came on Christmas holidays to the UK took the PCR day two test and 4 days later we still have no reply and we can not contact the clinic. It is very frustrating.

We arrived just prior to our booked time. We were seen promptly and everything was clearly explained. The PCR test was completed effectively.
