Hidden away in a corporate business-y building on St Peter’s Square, this (for now) tiny coffeeshop serves high-grade specialty coffee. Nat clearly knows his V60s, and yet espresso-based drinks are, too, always the best you could get. If you want to accidentally try some geishas (without paying extra), this place is for you. PS. Nat is the friendliest barista you could find
