Awful aftercare. My £35 biab extensions fell off on the 5th evening of having them on despite being awfully careful with them. I was only offered one appointment slot from the technician due to her being busy booked with other clients, this appointment wasn't suitable due to work commitments. No partial or full refund was offered despite repeatedly asking for one due to faulty product/service provided. During the appointment the nail tech accidentally cut one of the extention caps and proceeded the rebuild it with biab gel which sat under my thumb nail thickly and made it hard to properly wash under my nail. Unfortunately I didn't realise this before leaving the salon and was frankly eager to leave after being there from 17.30-19:25 listening to vulgar language between the staff at the vicinity. My cuticles were cut harshly, some bleeding and became scabby which could have lead to infection. I contacted the nail tech in good faith thinking she would sort the problem swiftly as a fellow business woman myself I know how important reputation is for a small business. However they firstly tried to deny acknowledgement, then blamed poor bonding on cold weather!? The nail tech then sent me lots of personal pictures about why they hadn't been at work and inappropriately accused me of "slamming" them on social media because I had posted on my private instagram story asking other nail techs for help and I had 4 obvious missing nails days before Christmas and going on holiday, I nowhere mentioned or taged the individuals business. Furthermore the nail tech has now, on the 22nd of December marked my appointment as "no show" on booksy to either try avoid me posting this honest review and/or charge my card another £35! I have had to urgently contact my bank and report fraud! Frankly disgusting behavior! I have had my nails done various times by this person to support them whilst their business grew despite always walking away with bleeding cuticles. Pityful how a repeat client has been served and having to contact the banking fraud agency. Shameful! Person now trying to avoid me posting This review as removed the review section on their Facebook.
