My husband booked us a couples balloon flight for my 30th birthday. The whole experience was incredible, with amazing views and we were well looked after by Jonathan and the team. The whole team were incredibly knowledgeable and experienced -we felt we were in safe hands! If you’re thinking of trying a flight, I could not recommend Atmosphere Hot Air Balloons enough. It was a much more intimate and personalised experience than some of the larger ballon flight providers and their passion was evident. Thanks again Jonathan & Co!

Had a beautiful morning flight near Winchester with Jonathan and his team. Atmosphere Balloons stands out from the very first moment you get in touch. Jonathan immediately made time to speak to me over the phone to plan everything out, book a date in his diary, and was always responsive, funny, kind, and incredibly accommodating. It makes a huge difference (particularly if you don't live in the UK) that Atmosphere did not insist on us purchasing a voucher; we were able to book a date and time and payment was made only very close to the date once it was very likely that the weather would allow the flight to proceed. On the day, Jonathan and his team made every effort to make us feel comfortable, picking us up and driving us to the launch site, and going the extra mile of dropping us back to the train station after. Jonathan clearly loves flying and that enthusiasm and energy will rub off on you very, very quickly. The process of inflating the balloon was tremendous fun, and the flight itself is magical, with Jonathan's incredible skill (almost bringing the balloon close enough to skim treetops and the Test river!) is on full display throughout. The scenery is breathtaking, and Jonathan's wit and humour made the experience unforgettable. My partner and I had a wonderful time. Book a flight, you really can't have a bad experience spending a few hours with Jonathan and his team.

My wife and I had an unforgettable hot air balloon adventure with Atmosphere Hot Air Balloons! After effortlessly getting airborne, we had the most magical hour floating above Hampshire watching the world go by beneath us. From the breath taking views of Southampton to the thrill of skimming tree tops, the ride had it all. Jonathan was a fantastic host/pilot explaining everything from the physics of flight to the local landmarks. The fizz in the sunset after landing was a perfect end to a perfect trip. I could not recommend the experience enough. Simply amazing.

Many thanks to Jonathan and the team for making my husbands surprise 50th birthday experience so amazing. From the start of the organising of the day the team answered all queries I had and fitted in with our needs. Our 17yr old son was apprehensive about the flight as he’s not keen on heights. But Jonathan was able to talk him through his fears and put his mind at rest. And our son is still bragging about it now to his friends, and so pleased he did it. 🙂 The views over Winchester were amazing as well as seeing the wildlife running around underneath us. Even flew through a little snow flurry which was magical. Would recommend Atmosphere Balloons 100% you will not be disappointed.

Thank you Jonathan and team for an amazing afternoon. Dad has always wanted to ride in a hot air balloon, and now he is unwell, no major conglomerate will let him fly, way too complicated for them! Then I found you! What you did for us yesterday was above and beyond, your communication on the lead up to it, impeccable, and nothing was impossible as far as you were concerned! We had a dream of a day, and seeing Dad get one of his wishes was simply incredible. For anyone wondering, yes, Atmosphere is not the cheapest out there, but I’ve done the cheapest and got a big headache with them. Jonathan is human, compassionate and loves his job! Your satisfaction comes first, and therefore you literally get what you pay for. Forget conglomerates who put you with strangers in a basket, go with Atmosphere who will only travel with people you know on the day that suits you, not just them. Bonus points for flying so early in the year too, it was crisp, but so wonderful without the sun glaring t us! Once again, THANK YOU Jonathan, from the bottom of my heart ❤️
