The ATM is inside the Shell garage shop so is not 24 hours. It is the type of cash machine that charges for withdrawals (not certain if this is still the case in July 2018) and of the 3 times I tried to use it; twice it was "out of service" and the final time, it approved my withdrawal, gave me a receipt showing amount withdrawn, balance etc, but never dispensed any money!!! Luckily I was able to resolve this with my bank but I will never use this ATM again.
