Though we were initially pleased we cannot recommend Atlas Windows as the after sales service is poor. We used Atlas for our front door and conservatory and unfortunately had issues with both. Trying to contact anybody at Atlas is nearly impossible, truly felt like a burden, after 9 months of chasing eventually we had a visit to improve the condition of our conservatory door, unfortunately all that happened was that the glass (that is full of water) was removed and turned upside down. We did try and contact Atlas Windows on this further but never received a response. Issue now resolved by another company.
