After a neighbours fire the smoke damage and state of my home was horrendous. Atlas came in cleaned and washed everything down Professional empathic and the care they took to help me get some semblance of normality was amazing in such a short space of time. The two men who came to our house after a traumatic flood were very helpful and professional. They answered our questions - of which were many - and proceeded to install dehumidifiers through the house. They were kind, respectful of our advanced years and the fact that it was a new experience for us.They were always at the end of the line if we needed further clarifications. Thank you Mo and Murad!

Atlas Restoration were appointed by my and my co-freeholder's joint building insurers to inspect and dry out two damp walls in our two separate flats in the one building. They were friendly and efficient when carrying out onsite work and very accomodating of delays at my end occasioned by illness. My only slight negative would be that they one time knocked at my door to inspect my wall, when I had been expecting them only to inspect the downstairs wall. Having said that, it would be harsh to point a finger at levels of service above & beyond those arranged!

Will not show up when they say they're going to. They were booked to come last Mon between 12:00 and 18:00 so I took time off work, stayed in, and they still hadn't arrived by 18:30. I phoned them and they said they wouldn't be able to get to me before 19:00, which didn't work for me. I rescheduled for them to come to me as their first appointment this morning, between 09:00 and 10:00. They still hadn't arrived by 10:20 so I phoned them. They got back to me at 10:30 saying they wouldn't be able to get to me before 11:15, which again didn't work for me due to work commitments. I told them I'd be using another company. I wish I could bill them for my time. Avoid.
