We spent 6 nights in this tiny hotel. Location is the best! Only 10-12 rooms in total and all are tiny but cozy. We had the second level room with the only balcony which was beautiful. The host was very nice! Good price and close to Paddington station(4 mins walk), red tube line(8mins walk and take you to central London).

Friendly staff. There was a very sweet lady whom received me even though I arrived quite late. The location is great. Easy access to public transportation. The price is ok for what you get. Nothing luxurious but just what you need. And the view to the park is just great for an early morning. I can totally recommend it

(Translated by Google) Bad experience, place to avoid or rather to close until total renovation! Room 14 on third floor (no lift) with 68 steps, the last flight was 40cm wide I could hardly walk through it and had to keep my suitcase in front of me or behind me. I open the door: a horrible vomiting stench came from the kitchen even though all the windows were wide open. Walls with large cracks, stained. We are 3 adults and 1 child (my wife and I were expecting at least a double bed and instead we find 2 bunk beds (2+2). There is also no wardrobe, no bedside table, no desk, no chair, just a small round stool. Towels with gray or black or brown spots and hair (not ours). Dust everywhere. Housekeeping doesn't even know what they are. There is no hair dryer. We could choose between 2 rooms: 14 on the third floor which we took and 11 on the second floor. We took room 14 even if it smelled because at least there was a tiny kitchen, and one of the two bunk beds, had a slightly wider lower bed, for me or my wife to sleep in with the baby. Also room 14 had a coat rack (horizontal bar against the wall with hangers, only later did I find some stained shirts because they were touching the wall). Only one bed had a pair of sheets (the lower one on the mattress and the upper one in the blanket), the other 3 beds only had the bottom sheet (you covered yourself directly with the blanket), but on the second day we pointed it out and we they also put the top sheets. 5 cm low cushions, practically flat: I left it face up and when I stood on the side I folded it in two. We couldn't wait to leave this disgusting place! We were there now and with so many things to visit we didn't want to look for another place, then in London it always rains and moving again with all the suitcases, the baby with the stroller and no car was very uncomfortable. London is beautiful but this place almost ruined our holiday. Booking's comments are false, misleading, only after seeing this hell did we look at the reviews on Google and they confirmed our experience. The owner offered us breakfast, which costs £5 per person: it is served in the hotel next door in the basement, but alas, this too was bad: a small, crowded place, there is almost nothing to eat, the few free tables had the remains of other customers. Better to pay £13 per person but have a rich and quality buffet as you can find in many places.
