Having viewed a car the previous weekend at a dealer in Ipswich where the experience was nothing short of horrific, the polar opposite was true when visiting Atlas Autos. I spoke with Curt on the phone prior to making the 1 hour journey & upon arrival was greeted with tea, donuts & a warm welcome. The car had been pulled round for me ready, but before I was even allowed to view it I was told of all the good & bad points. The bad points weren’t to be a concern as they would all be rectified before the car could leave the forecourt for myself or any other buyer. I pointed out that the cambelt may be due soon & I’d like that job done if I was to proceed. This was not a problem and they were happy to oblige. I picked the vehicle up just over a week later & as promised any minor issues & bigger ones (cambelt) had all been completed along with a full detail. The car looked brand new despite being 8 years old. Kudos to the in House valeter. I could not fault the customer service I have received from Atlas Autos & the car is better than I had hoped for. I felt the price was very fair compared to others I was looking at, not cheap, but not loaded either. You will not be disappointed by this shining example of a used car dealership.
