Two part SIMPLE job. DIDNT come back to finish off the second part of the job despite having been given two dates to come back. Son was bought a tv for Xmas and he promised that he wouldn’t forget the THIRD appointment I had to make for him to get the aerial connection sorted xmas eve for xmas day. HE.didnt turn up. Doesn’t answer phone, emails, messenger etc. AVOID AVOID AVOID!! BAD customer service USELESS man.

I bought a large TV together with a wall bracket in the January sales. Atlas Aerials came round the same day and did a really nice job fixing it to the wall. I’m very pleased with their work – they even made up an aerial cable which gets more channels than the one I bought at the shop, and all included in the price!!! Highly recommended.

Robert was very friendly and professional. He wall mounted my Samsung curved TV with ease. He was clean and tidy throughout. I would highly recommend Atlas Aerials (Hemel). He arrived on time (9am on a Sunday!!) and he has done a fantastic job. I have already agreed with him that he will come back again and wall mount a sound bar for me. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.

One of there people turned up at my rental property and was about to put a aerial up which I gave no permission for. I told the man sorry you cant put it up so he kicked off and started to get funny and was verbally abusive towards me. Not good customer service at all. Did try to defuse the situation but he just saw red. Looking at the company profile it was the owners son
