Visited Atkinson's on Sunday to enquire about fencing panels. Have to give a special shout out to Ryan who provided customer service second to none. A real asset to the company. He was very polite and explained everything we needed to know about our requirements. Went back today and placed the order for custom sized panels to be delivered to our doorstep. It is so refreshing to visit an establisment these days and get this level of customer service. Worth every penny and Ryan is a shining example of what all sales staff should aspire to be like. Just wanted to say what a fabulous service I got from Sean. I went in asking for a product to do a job and he listened to what job I was going to be doing and then suggested an alternative why to do it and alternative product which cost wise was slightly cheaper too. This business is only a few mile away from home and I have never used it before but certainly will be calling in again soon. Great service.

I have always dealt with Mark but he wasn't there today, but Ben was very helpful in his absence and was knowledgeable and I had the quotation via email by the time I got home! Highly recommend this company. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Needing a further outdoor storage facility!

Purchased an arbour, but the joints weren’t aligned. They cut fresh timber and resolved the problem, all with a smile. I was so pleased and confident of them as a business, I placed an order for one their own built sheds, which I am delighted with - good solid timber, well finished and complete with galvanised locking bolt & hinges.
