They claim to ship internationally by placing an order and awaiting to be contacted to discuss the order... upon multiple requests now for a quote, I am still awaiting a response. I spoke with several reps who seem to be unable to read and understand a question in basic English nor their own web stores terms. Poor customer service overall, no idea how to address a potential client looking to spend thousands of dollars, e.g. referring to someone by their name, real poor level of service considering all the supposedly glowing reviews on here. Basic manners go a long way.

EDIT 01/12/22: No line of communication provided by Atkinsons in their response - I won't post my order number/s publicly. INITIAL REVIEW: The full sovereign capsules that I bought from Atkinsons are ill fitting and allow the coin to move freely - my coin has sustained marks as a result. Why on Earth are the coins being removed from their original Royal Mint blister packaging in the first place? Unacceptable.
