Jordan and Dan helped us to move last Saturday, 18th Feb. What a great service. They arrived promptly at 9am, were courteous and very efficient. The process was smooth throughout and without a doubt the best money I have spent when it comes down to moving houses. It was effortless and stress free. Great job lads. Moving is such a stressful experience. Finding a removal firm that reduces this is a must and Atkinson's were brilliant. The team were friendly, supportive, quick and efficient so that we knew we were in good hands. We particularly liked the fact it was a 2 day process which again made the whole experience less fraught trying to cram everything in one day. Their fees were very reasonable too so overall we were very happy and would certainly recommend them.

We highly recommend Atkinsons Removals. They provided us with a first class service and I can't speak highly enough of them. Charlotte in customer service was incredibly helpful, professional, patient and reassuring with my multitude of queries and "what ifs". She really put us at ease and we felt we were in friendly, safe hands from the start. John who heads the operation up was extremely kind and accommodating and willing to go above the call of duty for us - this provided such relief. Going above and beyond was a theme that ran through to the Packers and Removers, Matt and Malcolm. The snowy icy conditions did not deter them - they were efficient, effective, reassuring and took the kind of care with our property that you'd hope for - they treated our stuff like it was their own. Not only that, but they (like the rest of the team) were just really decent, helping out where cars had got stuck on our icy roads and where a member of the community slipped and fell. So glad we used Atkinsons Removals. They were outstanding.

Exceptional team of removers. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys, their experience of dismantling and re-assembling and of moving large furniture items through small spaces shone through. They came with a positive attitude which lasted the whole day - as did their boundless energy. I couldn't have asked for a better team and well worth the money. Thank you. From the very beginning, Atkinson were amazing. Their customer service was excellent (our completion date kept changing, and they handled this brilliantly), and every one of the guys that came round was professional and friendly. We went for the top package where they pack, unpack and rebuild big items and I definitely recommend it; it saved SO much time and means we just get to deal with the fun stuff putting things in the place ☺️. I will be recommending Atkinson to everyone!
