Very unprofessional letting agency. I was told my offer was accepted and was prepared to pay the deposit. I did not hear back in days, once I called them they stated that the property has been let to someone else without giving me any notice. They lied about trying to contact me and not being able to reach me. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Save your time and money!!

Horrible experience. Viewed a flat for rent which was incredibly dirty and messy. The estate agent lied and said the place would be professionally cleaned before moving in so we agreed a let. When we moved in it had not been cleaned and it was incredibly dirty and greasy throughout. The landlord said they never promised a professional clean and when reaching out to the estate agent he just said it’s no longer his problem and refused to help.

I have been looking for a place in London and arrange a viewing 3 days ago with AM. I was told the only viewing slot was at 3pm so I took the afternoon off work. I received an email at 1pm on that day to confirm the viewing. I travelled all the way across london and arrived at the property. Then 10 minutes before the viewing was about to start I got a call from the agency saying it was cancelled, as it had been given to someone else. No respect for customers, I understand the london housing market is crazy but no decency to tell me with more than 10 mins notice. (Also no apology) I would avoid AM at all costs.

Seriously Bad Property Managers I engaged this company to let and manage my apartment as I live overseas. They did not advice me on legal requirements and proceeded to let the property illegally. They allowed my property to fall into a complete state of dis repair despite me paying for regular redecorating and repairs. There seems to be an almost weekly turnover of staff and you can never get hold of anyone. They don't reply to emails and in the end I had to step in and manage things with the tenants directly. The tenants also informed me they had a similiar experience. Dont let these people let or manage your property they are completely irresponsible
