We used this garage several years ago to service our Quasqai and never had an problems from that point of view. Fast forward to 2022 and we are car shopping for our daughter's first car. I telephoned to book an appointment to test drive a car and Stuart informed me that someone else was also going to look the same afternoon but would let us know if it sold. Imagine our surprise to arrive to find Stuart chatting to different customers in the car park but then when we went to him, he apologised that the car had sold and had been driven away. He used an excuse that he was just about to phone us. I know from buying cars that it would take at least 20 mins to go through contracts and paperwork. The minute the sale was verbally agreed, we should have been phoned to save us the journey. Luckily it wasn't a massive journey but you have just lost a potential customer by your lack of common courtesy. A simple 'excuse me, I must ask another member of staff to make a quick call for me to stop these people travelling' was all he had to say to the folks buying the car. Try to look at the bigger picture next time, if we end up buying our daughter a Nissan, guess who our local garage is... Or should I say, was! Very disappointed.
