Unfortunately very bad experience. I join them with promises for a lot of shifts but when I give my availability they wasn’t available to book me any shifts. I left my secure job to join that agency but nothing in the end. My constant was Jay. My advice - find another agency. And run far away from them. Don’t trust that people. Few of my friends want to join them but after my experience NEVER.

Poor outfit, gift of the gab making out they can do everything but ultimately deliver on nothing. I took a day off work to go to an interview that was cancelled and they didn't let me know so I lost out on a day pay. That was nearly 2 weeks ago and haven't heard from them since. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY very very poor

Having not heard from this agency in 5 years and to be honest they were not providing me with the kind of jobs I wanted. I have just received a call/voicemail, then a text and then an email! I do not like this persistent type of communication and on that note they are blocked !

I have to say that out all the agencies I have worked with, Athona is my favourite so far. TAN is very easy going, professional, helpful and very efficient. Any issues and he's speeding to it like Usain Bolt🏃🏽♂️💨. No avoidance behaviour like you get with some consultants from other agencies. I've had no problems obtaining frequent shifts since I've started working with them from August 2022. I believe that's mainly down to how fast these guys work in terms of bookings. My personal experience has been enjoyable and nothing but positive so far. Plus these guys pay well Lol. Ps Emily is superb too🤩

I've been working with Athona for 2years now and have had no issues with them. The staff are great especially my consultant Jay who has been a great help during my time with the company. Jay is very patient and a good listener, when you're not statisfied about any work related matter, jay will ensure you get sorted out, he’s spot on with my shifts, he just keeps them coming! and ensures that all issues are resolved he’s good with communication, absolute pleasure to have as a consultant and a great asset to the company.
