Should be zero stars had a very poor experience with the examiner arrived to a grumpy man who told me to hop in and proceeds to bombard me with over 10 show me tell me questions should only be 2 or 3 at most I got them all right to his dissapointmnet shown by a grumpy sigh I asked for his name and said nice to meet him to which he responded "it shouldn't be". okay then !!!! I failed to 3 very questionable serious faults completely out of my control to which my instructor agreed should not have been a fail the examiner was clearly depressed and was out to fail me from the get go after I had told him i was hearing impaired he met that with a very annoyed sigh imagine having to ask an examiner 50 plus times to repeat themselves because clearly he had no intention of accommodating to my needs very very disappointed in the test centre I urge anyone to use a different centre it is not worth the money space or time examiner was also very quick to try and intervene even when he didn't need to clearly had no trust in my skills. 0 stars from me. I drove a hgv test for anyone's information I would have passed the test if the examiner hadn't issues the very questionable faults.

Atherton or Bradbury (Manchester) same behaviour, no matter how good you are they ,fail you again because it’s about more money for them dvla+ school ,nearly £ 400 pounds each time to attending (hgv) i never found one case to be solved because of their camera . they are boring straight from the morning, to be paid like a king no matter for them if you pass or fail this is pure reality 2023 i really like them to see how driving hgv from time to time .

HGV class 1 test ,even if u r world best driver all examiners will keep failing u as much as many times each attempt wil cost u 500£ with ur school and of course separate amount of 4000k for School. Happy money to school and a part to test centre No guarantee you pass.Failed me 5 times…

Atherton Driving Test Centre is an excellent facility for anyone looking to take their driving test. The centre is well-maintained, with clean and spacious waiting areas. The staff at the centre are friendly and professional, and they do a great job of putting nervous drivers at ease. In particular, I had a fantastic experience with John, the motorcycle examiner. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the entire testing process. His instructions were clear and easy to follow, and he provided helpful feedback after the test to help me improve my riding skills. I felt like he genuinely cared about my success, and he went out of his way to ensure that I was comfortable and confident during the test. Overall, I highly recommend Atherton Driving Test Centre and John as a motorcycle examiner.
