The medical staff are absolutely wonderful, if you can make it past their medical care gatekeeping troglodyte receptionist, Jen. Jen likes to make mistakes and then lies to the patient, trying to make it seem like her not being able to do her job is somehow our fault. Amending this edit. They're actually just a collective of foul people. I'll be changing GPs soon.

I have been with them for 11years and even the receptionists give good advice.

Abbrasive and combative reception staff, outdated policies, drs with no time management skills and overall very discriminatory. My partner is blind and has serious health concerns which have been ignored and worsened by this GP. Asking ridiculous requests from someone who is physically unable, even refused to give me my prescribed meds.

Great doctors - receptionists can blunt on the phone depending on who you get and do not come across as caring or compassionate. Training for customer service is highly recommended as first impressions can be awful.

This is the worst surgery I've ever been to, repeat prescription is never at the chemist when it's supposed to be, went a couple of weeks ago to ask why my prescription wasn't at the chemist ended up getting banned from the surgery I now have no doctor and have no way of getting my medication I'm supposed to get medication for my asthma, also medication for my heart as I've suffered one heart attack, also medication for depression, I had to go all the way to the hospital today but I could only get one asthma pump this surgery needs shutting down and fully investigated they are dangerous and unhelpful in anyway to there patients if I could I'd give them no stars there absolutely useless

Such a shame because the surgery isn’t that bad, I’m currently 9months pregnant about to pop and give birth and wasn’t allowed to access the toilet at the surgery, had to run home and back just to use the loo, don’t think that is fair in any way.
