Absolutely terrible. We ordered at 7 and still had not received our food after an hour and half, called to see where our order was where we where very appruptly told that it was on its way and there wasn't a problem and hung up on. When our food eventually did arrive over 2 hours after we ordered it was cold and not very nice and tasted nothing like what had been ordered previously. Terrible customer service and cold food you have to wait hours for.

Complete disgrace. This is my second chance I gave them after an already ridiculous failure. Completely undercooked, doughy bread, as a wrap, which is disgusting. Massive portion of salad, which should not be subject to a very small wrap. This is not adequate portion size. One order, they introduced the skewered chicken into the wrap, obviously because they had no shredded chicken (shawarma). One instance they delivered one of our wraps in a naan bread folded up (Indian) also store bought, looked like the naan breads from Asda. The salad had been left to the point where it was going brown on red and white cabbage, lettuce etc. McCain's home bought potato wedges used for orders, called up to complain and the reason was because I was on site all night after my meal, I called up during the next day, he accused me of lying because I didn't put my complaint in within the first couple of hours after id bought it.

Food didn't arrive. Was due 2hours ago. Phoned repeatedly to be told it is going to 15-20 mins again and again. Incompetent and indifferent staff. After 4 hours gave up. Cancelled and got refund through Just Eat.
