"Will get back to you asap" implies a waiting period of less than 2 weeks, or at least I thought so. Had to travel, just losing opportunities due to that and their inability to admit they won't do the job. A simple call with "sorry we can't do it" would've been sufficient. Suppose I'll be doing it myself for fraction of the price and waiting time.
