My wife had her Bernini sewing machine serviced by Howard who was exceptionally helpful. He went to the trouble of answering her questions and demonstrated a couple of things for her which were over and above just doing the service. Good to see great service still exists.

Howard yet again came trumps. It was me being thick and not my machine. So he gave me a quick lesson on how to sew button-holes, and adjusted my auto threader. It might be a 30 mile drive, but I never regret the time it takes as I trust him never to insist I get a repair unless it is necessary.
