Frankly, you couldn't want anything more from a retailer. ATBShop consistently go above and beyond for the customer, whether it's answering endless questions, giving detailed advice or spending a long time checking equipment and making sure everything is set-up and working at it's peak, no ask seems too much. Super friendly staff who always have a smile and fast packing and delivery when ordering online (with surprise sweets included!). I'll always use ATBShop for my action sports needs.

I stopped by on the way from somewhere to somewhere else. With time to kill I wasn't expecting to much. Nevertheless I found Oli and the team all super friendly and knowledgeable. Interested in a new longboard, I was quickly made to feel at ease and before I knew it I was outside with Oli trying out one of the shops boards. He then slowly took me through all the various options helping me with the details and terminology I was familiar with. 15min I had a new complete board personalized to my needs and taste. To put the cheery, on the icing, on the cake, ABTShop did this all for an internet price! Honestly my only regret is I don't happen to live closer, so I could call this shop my local!

Absolutely first-rate customer service. After trawling the Internet, for what seemed like an age, for a new snowboard. I had my eyes set on the Salamon Dancehaul. So now it was time to speak human regarding sizes and performance. There were lots of weird websites claiming alsorts of prices and delivery options, but I wanted to speak human!! Many of these sites did not have phone numbers, and those who did just respond with send an e mail with your request. Just as i was ready to take pot luck with some random cheap company, from who knows where? I happened by chance to stumble on to ATB's website and did not regret it. I spoke to Stu, who had a great knowledge of the products he sells. This man really knows his stuff. He guided me on size and what to expect underfoot. I signed up for their newsletter and got some discount. I placed my order and received a new shiny Dancehaul by lunchtime the next day well packed and with a free bag. In this fast-paced world of internet buying, there is no substitute for talking to someone with first-rate product knowledge and good customer service. I can't wait to get this baby out cutting fresh lines in the pow pow in a few weeks.

ATB are absolutely brilliant, I would definitely recommend. I've been looking for a completely new snowboard set-up; board, bindings & boots. Yesterday afternoon, Stu spent the best part of 2 hours talking me through multiple options and trying combinations - super knowledgeable, unhurried, impartial, expert advice and a really well thought through range of top quality gear. Definitely buy from here - great kit and lovely people!
