I specified an ATAG boiler for a rental property, as it was super high efficiency and the owner was environmentally-minded. I didn't know the boiler I had specified was a "commercial" one - kinda weird as it's quite small and suitable for a house. Anyways. Six years later, it broke down (typical - one year after the 5 year warranty!). The issue with ATAG is that no one stocks the parts for this boiler so I contacted the spares team here in Basildon. They were SUPER responsive and helpful, especially Ashleigh and Adam. It was the day before the Xmas shutdown and I wanted the boiler fixed before then, so I drove to Essex to pick up the parts. This involved opening an account before I was allowed to pay, but this was done quickly and both the team members I mentioned above were top class. So five stars are easily deserved by them, thank you.

Really poor. Lack of clear communication and terrible communication between departments. Offer 'optionals' on top of quoted price but unable to explain if they were necessary. We started off wanting to buy 2 boilers but after a day of back and forth gave up on the idea and decided to use another company.

Shocking heating has been off since beginning of the month took a week for engineer to come they charged the earth & only lasted a few days then went off again 18 days and counting.
