    Its not the way they make this place look, I can promise you that. The reality is that this place is highly unethical, borderline abusive and truly damaging to ones mental health. I have never in my life worked at such a terrible place before and don't think I will ever come across anything as bad as this. I have witnessed some questionable activities from management who time and time again get away unscathed. Senior management feel its their own stomping ground - if they're not happy, some poor agent is getting the end of that stick. Ask yourselves why there's so many supposedly good reviews from the employees all in one timeframe while they underwent a rebranding. Don't let the fake positive reviews fool you.
