Every carer, that I have/had really does care and always ask if there’s anything else that I need. I really cannot fault them. I was very dubious, before employing them, due to their reviews, but I took a chance and I’ve never looked back.     Not impressed ringing up out of hours and no answer, When they do say they will do something they do not, What happens if there is an emergency and no answer. They turn up late and hope you take your meds with 2hrs gap in between. Carers break things they broke unit, cups and bowels and carers did not own up and AHSIC did not repair it, They should be insured but I bet they are not.
