I had a build-up of wax for which I'd been using hydrogen peroxide drops. However, these had made my hearing worse as the wax had built up quite a bit. I am pleased I found an excellent audiologist, Gursharan, who booked a same day home visit. She was caring and professional, and within minutes, I could hear again. The microsuction procedure effectively removed all the ear wax, which otherwise wouldn't have come out using ear drops. There was no pain, slight tickle feeling, overall comfortable. I would highly recommend and book again.

Gursharan was excellent with initial communication to book appointment. Cotton from a bud had got stuck in the ear for a few months. Arrived on time, fully equipped. Explained the procedure and got to work. Very quickly, efficiently and painlessly removed the cotton from the ear. Amazing service. Many thanks.
