Steve, Andy, ...Bunch of con men. Paid for the truck and a fresh service before delivery. The Timing belt snapped after few month minor usage not exceeded 100 hours and the engine is now scrapped. We now found out no service carried out. no record of the required service; whatsoever. No return to our call. New short engine quoted at £17300 by Jungheinrich. 100 hours of usage of the truck cost us £14k! while still £10k outstanding finance left on that. Be aware and avoid.
