Initially i had given them a 5 star review. This is what I had said: "Called them one day, the next day they were in my house to see my dishwasher. It was a quick 15-min appointment so i felt like the price was overly expensive, but the dishwasher is still working, so all good!" However, 2 months later the dishwasher broke again for the same problem. I ended up calling the manufacturer who recommended a fix plan which comes with a 12 month warranty (same price as Astrid's visit). I will never use Astrid Technologies again unfortunately, as it was a huge waste of money so I am now giving them a one star. Folks, get a repair plan with a company like Domestic & General. If the appliance breaks again within less than a year, they will even give you a new appliance!
